Do you find yourself not trying steel cut oats because you don't have a spare 45 minutes in the morning? Try this delicious Spice Rack recipe that will be ready when you wake up in the morning.

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups Steel Cut Oats (Available at Spice Rack)

1 1/2 cups water

1 1/2 cups milk (Available at Spice Rack)

1 Granny Smith apple, diced

1/2 cup Unrefined raw sugar (Available at Spice Rack)

2 TBSP Apple Pie Spice (Available at Spice Rack)

Directions:

Put about an inch of water in the bottom of the crock pot. In a seperate, medium-sized metal or ceramic bowl, add all the ingredients above and stir. Place the bowl inside the crock pot. Turn crock pot to low. Let cook overnight. In the morning, add more milk or water to achieve your desired consistency and enjoy.

Ingredients:

1 3lb Beef Shoulder Roast

1 12oz can frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed

1 teaspoon soy sauce

12 Dried Garlic Slices (Available at Spice Rack)

2 Tablespoons Spice Rack Sweet Vidalia Onion Dip Mix

3 Carrots: Peeled, halved and sliced

1 loaf Sourdough Bread (Available at Spice Rack on Fridays)

1/2 cup Minerva Butter (Available at Spice Rack)

Walnut Creek Provolone Slices (Available at Spice Rack)

Directions:

(1) Preheat oven to 325 degrees fahrenheit.

(2) Place roast in small roasting pan. Fill pan with 1/2 inch water, then stir in apple juice concentrate. Make 12 small slits in roast and stuff garlic chip in each. Sprinkle soy sauce over top of roast. Season with Sweet Vidalia Onion Mix. Cover.

(3) Bake for 2 hours, then remove and add carrots. Cover again, and continue to cook for an additional 2 hours, or until roast is fork tender.

(4) Pull apart beef, using 2 forks

(5) Spread Minerva Butter on sliced sourdough bread and place butter side down in skillet on medium heat. Top with Pot Roast, carrots, provolone cheese and 1 more slice of buttered sourdough. Grill until both sides are golden brown. (Optional: also top with Caramelized onions).
